Preorder Process

Our first edition of Matheson 10-inch cast iron pans are currently in production and are expected to ship out to customers in December 2020. Following the sale of the first edition, our second production order will be placed. We will continue to provide status updates to customers as their shipment date approaches. 

Shipping

Shipping is carried through UPS. Shipping rates will be determined at checkout based on your country and postal code. When your package is ready to be shipped, you will be receive tracking information via email. 

Warranty

Our cookware is made to last, and we want to help you to ensure that it does. If your product arrives damaged, please send us an email at info@mathesoncookware.com or on our Contact Us page so that we can help resolve your issue.

If you have any questions about maintaining your pan's finish, please get in touch using the same methods and we will be happy to give any advice.  

Where is your pan made?

It is designed in Detroit and produced by trusted vendors and factory partners in China. Castor have worked on projects with these vendors for years, and can ensure they share our values and commitment to safety. On that note, all of our cast iron products are certified to meet FDA requirements.

Which cooking surfaces can I use my product on?

Our cast iron pan is suitable for use on on a variety of stovetop burner types (including glass-top electric and induction burners). It can also be used for live-fire cooking or on a grill. For best results, regardless of method, we recommend pre-heating your pan for up to 5 minutes before use.
